I worked on Real Farm from production until release. During this time I was responsible for making the art assets of the vehicles and attachments usable for the programmers and setting up the vehicles for game play. Artists gave me the vehicles, which I then rigged, skinned and added to Unity prefabs. During this process I also included all the components needed for the vehicles to function in-game, so this task took a lot of focus and attention to make sure every vehicle felt right.
Rigging & Animating
In the slideshow below are a few examples of the vehicles and animations I did. All the vehicle Rigs, animations and prefabs were made by me. The artists provided the models, which I then implemented in the game.
The rigs were mostly simple mechanical rigs, with presets made for pistons and other common mechanical components. These were then animated and activated from scripts in-game.
